Allo is basically an instant messaging app with inbuilt Google Assistant integration. Just like others apps such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype, Viber and many others, Allo came with smart features that will keep your conversations flowing.

Smart Reply – this feature gives you suggestions of replies while texting, and you can respond to messages without typing a single word. It also has the ability to read the images that are sent to you on the app, and it automatically suggests replies to that as well.
Google Assistant integration that brings search into the app, this allows you to search for hotels, flights and events, without having to leave the conversation. Another great features is that you can also increase the size of the text and even write on pictures before sending them to your friends.
Duo, a new Google’s simple, fast video calling app with end-to-end encryption that grant you access to call all your contacts on your phone provided they have the app installed.
Duo calls are in HD video (about 720p) and audio. Evens on low networks, Duo works well. A special feature which make it outstanding is Knock Knock, this shows you live video from the incoming call before you answer.
