NCSECU Member Access Account
A person can register himself for the NCSECU after meeting the requirements of the membership eligibility. A person can register on an online account in the member access enrollment page. (https://onlineaccess.ncsecu.org/O/Enroll_ValidateCard.aspx).
You will be asked to enter a 16-digit debit card/ ATM and 3 digit of voice response number, before continuing the registration, you must accept the terms and conditions of NUSECU. If a person does not possess the voice response no, he/she must contact the local branch of the bank. After the first step, follow the instructions to create your account.

You will be required to make a user ID of NUSECU and password to enjoy the services of NUSECU.
Logging in to My NCSECU Account
The NCSECU and SECUMD are 2 separate units and both are usually denoted as the SECU (State Employees Credit Union). Both entities have distinct websites for the membership login.
The login page of NCSECU is https://onlineaccess.ncsecu.org/o/login.aspx. After the successful membership access of NUSECU, the member can easily access their account by typing the user ID and password in appropriate fields in the homepage of NCSECU.
The mobile user can have access to NCSECU account by visiting https://www.ncsecu.org/Home/MobileSignIn.html webpage. The website can remember the login details of users by clicking the dialog box “remember me”. A person should not opt for that option if he/she is using shared systems. If the member has some difficulty in the log in, they must clear the cache of browser and cookies, and then restart to have access to member account.
If the member has forgot the password of NCSECU member access account, then they simply recover their password by clicking on option of “forgotten password”. The member must enter the user id and social security 5- digit number in the appropriate field to reset the password. Members can also reset their password by calling on member service number (888) 732-8562.

After the logging into the NCSECU account, a person can view the request statements, view important financial documents, check balance of account, transfer the funds, loan applications, and make transactions in any State Employees Credit Union branch.
